S'Mores!

Now the question is, is this recipe called Graham Toasties because that's what they were originally called before the Girl Scouts started making them? Or did the Scouts invent them and to avoid any rights infringement and/or fancy them up a bit, Good Housekeeping renamed them? Either way, here's the recipe as it appears in the cookie chapter of The Good Housekeeping Cook Book, 1942.

Graham Toasties
Lay a piece of sweet or semi-sweet chocolate on a graham cracker. Toast a marshmallow over coals until soft and golden brown. Lay on top of chocolate, and top with a second graham cracker. Serve at once. [Before the dog grabs it.]
